I have visited here a few times as a residents friend and in a more medical way as a residents foot health practitioner. On all occasions the staff have been so friendly and helpful and the residents feel so fondly of the carers, they are happy and content. It is always clean and smells lovely and clean too, not the horrible hospital smell. A great example of how things should be for people that have to go into care for whatever reason.
