It Solutions helped me source a high spec laptop for my son who needed it for his studies. They took the time to go over different options and made sure it fit the specific requirements. They also helped my mum source a new desktop computer. She was very pleased with it. IT Solutions are very honest and trustworthy - would definitely recommend.

Agreed a price and anticipated timescales for repair. Then heard nothing from the company due to daughters dance competition etc. Had to chase for return of lap top. Laptop came back immediately not working - very disappointing after such delays. When collected Eleanor offered no charge - but believing they had done the service they had been asked to do I paid actually more than agreed. The lap top is now much worse than ever - they basically installed a basic software to "clean" the data and that was it. I would not recommend this company at all. They quite happily took my money and gave me back a laptop that not only looked like a three year old had eaten their dinner on it but it also worked less than before. Where ever I leave this honest review they dispute the facts even though they know there were unacceptable delays and total lack of communication. Still happily took more money than agreed with no evidence of any work.

Highly recommend IT Solutions, found them online as my sons computer broke and I needed someone local to take a look. They were super responsive and I was able to take the computer to them straightaway. I was kept informed every step of the way, I found them to be professional and excellent value.
