What a relaxing experience... I have had a few of treatments, for different health issues and as preventative. My shoulder was so-ooo tensed due to my sitting kind of work, I had headaches, hormones allover the place... It's up to one to let it go and let the professional to do the magic! I was amazed how correct and precise was my health reflextion and it improves my life. Now i fall asleep on the sessions... it's like meditation...but better! I recommend Zen Reflexoligy to my friends and family as preventative treatment as it saves money later once one would have to spend on fixing issues, like I did before with my shoulder (massages did not fix the problem as much)
