I really enjoyed making a leather tool roll at Lisa's leather workshop. I had never worked with leather before and it was so great to try a new skill and come away after a few hours of expert tuition with something useful, practical, home made and that looks great. I'm using my tool roll to hold my make-up brushes when I travel, but it's also the perfect size for tools, paint brushes, or crochet hooks. I think you could also use it for jewellery. I think creative workshops like this make great gifts to yourself or loved ones, and I'll be booking on to more. Thanks Lisa for your patience teaching us, and giving us the confidence to try new skills!

Today, I attended an incredible workshop led by the talented Lisa! We learned how to handcraft our own belts using traditional leatherworking techniques. Lisa was exceptionally thorough and her attention to detail made a significant difference. Working with exquisite Italian leather resulted in a stunning belt that I know will last a lifetime. I'm thrilled with how it turned out and can't wait to show it off! I look forward to joining another one of Lisa's workshops—highly recommended!

I attended a workshop led by Lisa from Jack & Rose this weekend. I was in a group of 3 other attendees, and we all came away with our own bespoke leather tool roll. I really enjoyed these few hours, immersed in inventiveness, with an excellent host; friendly and knowledgeable. We were each given our own workstations, with all the equipment that we needed. Lisa began the workshop by giving us some context about the materials we would be working with and then demonstrated the use of the different tools that we had been given. She then guided us through each stage of the project step by step, whilst still giving us scope to explore our own creativity. The workshop had a clear structure and ran at a comfortable pace. It was a real sense of achievement to be able to leave with the leather tool roll that I had created, and the new knowledge that I had been given. Thank you Lisa for an inspiring morning. I'm a wheelchair user and get through many standard backpacks on my chair as they just wear out after a few months! I asked Lisa if she could make me a custom leather bag for my chair instead. She did! The quality of work is fantastic, she worked with me throughout the project to produce an excellent result.
