Dreadful experience !!!! Overcharged Ruined my natural hairline And promised to redo it, But never answered any messages, emails, or phone calls!!!! Finally got in touch and was very rude , told me she doesn’t know if she was going to ever go b back to work in the salon ever again and she doesn’t know how or when she was going to fix this HUGE MISTAKE 🤨 I will attach a photo of the receipt she sent me and the horrible situation of ruining my hairline!! DONT USE HER!!! she will lie and steal money from you!!! Worst experience of my life !!!!!! It’s caused me so much discomfort , and pain!!! Emotionally and physically ! Such a rude lady, she shouldn’t be allowed to carry on working as a hairdresser ..

Love coming here. JoJo and Nabila have created a wonderful, serene studio, are great at what they do and always really friendly. Cannot recommend enough!

JoJo is absolutely brilliant. I’ve been trying to find a hair dresser who really understands my hair for so long and JoJo was great. The salon experience is relaxing and calm and JoJo takes her time to look after you and your hair. The bonus is she can literally do all styles. So glad I found her and looking forward to my next appointment.

I visited JoJo’s Hair Lounge for the first time today and I had a great experience. I had the Spa MIST Aloe Vera Treatment done which left my hair strong, soft and heathy and would recommend it to all my naturals who have dehydrated and brittle hair. Besides that, It was a friendly and peaceful place and felt safe in the hair specialist hands. I’ll definitely go back.

Best hairdresser in town and does take the time to treat your hair the right way! I've had natural hair for past 9years and only started getting my hair bleached, coloured and still able to maintaining my natural curls since I started getting my hair done by Jojo over a year now. Saloon is lovely, clean and great products too! Never a dull moment with Jojo😘😘❤️
