Yesterday evening my front door key broke and got stuck in the lock. I phoned Brinnicks and within 20 mins the knowledgeable locksmith arrived and fixed the problem very quickly. Thank you so much for a rapid hassle-free service.

It's New Year's Eve. You live on the Isle of Wight and you get a call from your 91 year old mother in-law to say she's lost her keys, she is freezing cold, locked out of her house and likely to wander off confused. Fast response and good feedback from everyone I know that has used them for commercial and domestic work. Offered a same hour service (on a Sunday!) and then no cancellation fee when a missing key (the reason for the replacement) turned up. Would be my first call, next time.

I was in desperate need of some help opening a lock which I’d lost the keys for. When I rang they were super helpful and able to see me immediately. They were able to pick the lock and get me new keys cut really quickly all for a great price which would have cost me a lot more if I wasn’t able to find anybody to help. Our front door latch jammed with the door shut early evening so I had to use the out of hours emergency service. The locksmith was with us within 45 minutes and had to change the gear mechanism which had failed. The job was complete within 90 minutes of my initial call. What could have been an extremely stressful experience was solved efficiently and with no fuss. Would highly recommend.

Contacted Brinick's yesterday as my conservatory door multipoint lock stopped working. Fortunately they had one in stock, which l bought and fitted myself. However it needed adjustment and within a few hours the locksmith had visited and had it all working perfectly. This is what old fashioned service is. I can only say thank you and will recommend Brinnick's to anyone who needs a fast and reliable service.

Emergency locksmith (Mike) came out well within the hour to my brothers flat due to a lock failure. Turned out to be a tricky job due to the door having less common fixtures or fittings so Mike needed to think outside the box and pop back to the shop a few times. He remained professional and friendly throughout and the repair was done to a high standard. Definitely recommend this company especially during an emergency!
