I got 4 tyres replaced at Formula One (Newport). When I left the garage I started to hear a noise coming from the front of the car, because it was late Saturday afternoon I came back to Leamington Spa where I live and took my car to the closest Formula One garage in Coventry. They said first I had a suspension problem, then they said I should replace the Drive Shaft. That wasn’t acceptable from my point of view, so I took my car to another garage, and the technician found ALL 4 WHEELS with the screws completely loose. Once we tighten the screw up the noise was gone straight away. We could remove the screws by hand. I drove more than 100 miles with my car like this, I took a morning off from work and probably I will take my car to another garage to double-check alignment and balancing. I can not accept how dangerous it was, how disrespectful way from the second garage in Coventry and how unprofessional it was, I’m completely frustrated. My waste of time and danger can't be for free and I expect any action from Formula One side. Never ever go to any Formula One!

I will not use anyone else the team a re so helpful and professional. Very reasonable prices and they always check before doing any extra work that is needed.

Tried charging me £81 for a bulb replacement, absolute joke. got it done for £15 at MOTest just down the road

One star only because I can show 0. After booking my MOT a week in advance, a day before hand they called me to cancel for no reason. I had a day taken off for it and they just said sorry and left me with my car unusable. Disgusted by this guys. Incredibly disrespectful service. Avoid as they are not serious!!

Reece was super helpful with sorting my car out and dealing with warranty people from my car dealer. Kind bunch of lads in there who will try their best to fix your car problems.

Everything was good except your technician forgot to put the cap on the valve after changing the new tyre.

awful! quoted me £500 to fit a battery! Saw me coming, when i googled halfords will come to you and fit it for £220! If you are girl who doesnt know much about cars do not go here!

I received good service on my Mercedes car with a small rebate for an inconvenience. Respectable customer service both at the Autocentre and from the headoffice. I will be using their services for my wife's car in coming weeks.
