I always get a warm and friendly welcome when I go in and they are always ready and willing to help. Nothing seems to much trouble.

Service has gotten worse and worse last time I went in I was argued with regarding the phones not working, im mostly housebound and I called over 25 times to order my delivery with no answer so I had to go in person, I was very upset about this and in a lot of pain and obviously had to pay for taxis for this and when I tried to complain another member of staff came and shouted at me about the phones not working, they were very rude and told me I had to wait 20 minutes even though my order was ready to go, the member of staff originally serving me, bless them, they passed my order to me immediately while she was still having a go at me, this was about 2 months ago and the phones are still ringing through with no response so they are ethier ignoring the phone or haven't bothered to fix the apparent broken phone.

Lost prescriptions, systems go down, especially with it changing to Jardines they have messed with medications for pain, diabetes, mental health and an array of medications. Instead of closing to do the change over they chose to try run like they would and have left multiple people without medications. I have been left without my antidepressants approaching a bank holiday weekend !

Since they have been taken over they have been terrible. I now find it hard to pick up my husband's meds as the earliest I can get there is 5:20. Turned up twice and already closed, had to get another prescription one of the times as meds needed before Monday. Will be changing to Jardines as they open till 6 and on Saturday mornings. Opening times are a joke for anyone working.

Unbelievable incompetence we booked in for our flu jab and received 4 (!!!) e-mails confirming the appointment we turned up on the day to be told "unable to do them as not on their system" no apology or constructive advice for their inefficient system ......... poor systems and inadequate management. Like Covid avoid Lloyds Pharmacies!!

Oh dear did they drop us (and lots of others) it in!!! 13th April 2022. Required medicine urgently for my wife. Doctors were excellent prescribed on the spot and passed directly next door to Lloyds. Told to collect straightaway. Arrived asap only to find many people outside with note on the door saying "Closed" Inside was the Pharmacist but no way was she coming out. Big problem now as she had the prescription but wasn't going to help. Doctors didn't even know they had shut up shop. Pharmacist never even told them!!!!!! Docs issued a duplicate for elsewhere, rushed round to Boots only to be told Lloyds downloaded original on the system so it couldn't be used. Boots ladies were 5 star, liaised with Doctors, called us at home and arranged everything at lightening speed. Lloyds are a living nightmare, I had only been there a day before to report to the Pharmacist she incorrectly dispensed medicine of wrong strength with prescription clearly outlining requirements only to be given 50% strength of prescribed!! She changed this after realising mistake. A MISTAKE that should never ever happen, not in our case, but you could kill someone! Outside on the pavement were 7/8 people waiting today, locked doors and a pharmacist inside not coming out to assist that I saw. Some people said they arrived earlier but told to return which they did but still no help! This is a pharmacist clearly under undue pressure, what staff they have appear ill trained when they are there. Before you KILL SOMEONE Lloyds sort yourselves out!!! You are not a chip shop to open and close when you like with little consequence. You position yourself right next door to the doctors surgery to gain as much profit as possible and appear to absolve yourself of any community responsibility a chemist with morals should have! Closing your doors, shortening daily hours, knocking days off your rota. How much do you place profit in front of your customers? Closures are common now with this branch. Do something about your staffing NOW or leave and let a real chemist serve the captive community you have. People deserve better. Shame I cannot leave minus stars.

This pharmacy used to be really good and efficient. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. On recent months with a staf change they are absolutely awful. I'm am virtually housebound and cannot get the the shop. I pay foelr my very essential medication to be delivered. I always have to chase them up but this can take several days as they don't answer the phone. For a company that supplies urgent and essential products they just do not meet they're remit. Go to another chemist not this one.

I absolutely love this Pharmacy! Such a warm and fantastic team, so happy with the service they provide and the staff are helpful. Sometimes it can feel embarrassing to talk about personal difficulties that have arisen when I have needed advice from a Pharmacist but the Pharmacist there has been so understanding, and non-judgemental! She also remembers me and my prescriptions! Definitely goes above and beyond, I've not experienced this from a Pharmacist before. Highly recommend this team! I actually look forward to going in!

If I could give no stars I would. Shocking service. They are now closing early on weekdays and closed on Saturdays. I have been waiting one hour for my prescription which was sent over 2 days ago. Many other customers also waiting and being sent away. Mutterings of useless heard from other customers. Yes it’s a bank hol weekend but come on! Looking forward to changing pharmacies in the future :)

The service here has got steadily worse over the past year and in recent months become a joke. Closing on a regular basis due to staff shortages leaving you unable to collect prescriptions, poor service with mistakes being made with prescriptions and rude counter staff. UPDATE: This place just gets worse. After previously making a complaint to their head office I was given assurances things would improve, unfortunately not. After calling to make sure a prescription was there, on arrival half of it was missing and was told to come back next week. I went back and after waiting 40 minutes it couldn't be found. Eventually it was turned up in a back room but was then told I can't have it as it's not been checked off and to come back a third time. Totally unorganised and the lady on the counter is still as rude as ever insinuating it my fault 🤦🏻‍♂️
