dropped my S20 in for a screen repair, which they advised would take an hour to perform. They advised they had to order the screen so wouldn't be available until the following day. I called them at 11am the next day to find out when the device will be available for collection. They then advised that they are unable to get a screen for the S20!!! not sure why they can't get hold of a fairly common screen which isn't that old. But I accept this might be true.....the reason for my frustration is it took them over 24 hours to find this information out and they waited until I contacted them, pretty poor customer service.

I had a swollen battery on iPhone X. Sorted in 10 mins. Great service but you need to take cash as no chip and pin.

Dropped my phone, glass smashed so i took it to iTECH along with spare phone. Without an appoitment, and within less than an hour, the guys had swopped the "guts" from broken phone into new one. No fuss, just got on with the job and a VERY reasonable price. I was so impressed with such a great service, i actually gave them more than they asked for!

Absolutely f’ing great service! These guys are best for pricing and service! Don’t go to anyone else! Fast, reliable and reasonable! It takes me 40 mins to get there, but wouldn’t use the chap in my town 5 mis walk from me! Been using these brothers for years, absolutely the best!
