Choosing the furniture from the MK bathrooms showroom was easy too, and they had such a great range, and Jacob was very helpful throughout. You and your coworker worked endlessly each day, on time every day, very tidy, very considerate, polite and friendly and made sure I was fully informed at all times and it was completely stress free! We’re so pleased we could get it completed so quickly too. Being on holiday and having work done while you’re away can cause it’s worries. I never once worried about you working in our house while we were away and I had complete peace of mind. That is worth its weight in gold! We’re now planning for you to re fit our cloakroom next! I saw this small shop and thought I would pop in as we were keen to find a local independent that could supply our design and bathroom. The owner met us and he was lovely and helpful. Whilst there we saw what was described as an ex display (not used) sink and unit that we thought would look good in my daughters en-suite. They also supplied drawer inserts as part of the price . We also asked for my some designs for my main bathroom. The designer was helpful and the CAD drawing software was excellent. We were running through ideas and the designer was responsive. There was a delay in installing the unit and when we did I found the drawer inserts provided were covering ill fitting screws that had been drilled through the back of the drawer - the wood was blown with what look like water damage and the screws heads were pointing inside well beyond the back of the drawer. Those screws are now removed and it has been made safe for my young daughters en-suite. I will now have to cover the damaged areas with a drawer liner. Very disappointing for the price paid and put me off working with them in relation to our project. I haven’t followed up with the store as it is clear they should / would have known what they were selling me. ** further info in response to the store - I am little disappointed with the response. The drawer was hanging off and it was agreed you would put it right. I was happy to wait for you to adjust it and then take it home though you asked I left it with you and would deliver it as it would be combined with a measuring visit. The unit was hardly next to nothing, was still a few hundred pounds, had damage (that would not be obvious when installed) and was not expecting the damage described above. I appreciated the designs and time taken. It was not what we were looking for as mentioned above. The the cad software imagery was excellent and the designer was nice. I ceased any further contact after my experience with this unit. It’s a shame really as I was looking forward to working with them. They have other positive reviews and so perhaps this is an isolated case. You will see that I have well over 500 contributions on Google reviews and my reviews are balanced. There are numerous well deserved 5 star reviews and the response to my review is personal and not professional.

I recently had a new bathroom installed and couldn't be more pleased with the service provided and finished result. Their comprehensive website and in depth knowledge made choosing my bathroom easy and stress free. The fitter they recommended, Jose Martins, was excellent in all respects. I highly recommend this company.

Had an old shower enclosure removed and a new one put in . Ian camè and gave me a quote and knew just what I was after. Jose came and removed the old enclosure and fitted the new. Ģreat service good quality, would recommend Thank you

Terrible......during the consultation with MK bathrooms promised me the job would be finished completely...meaning I would not be left with any painting or d I y jobs to do. The bathroom would be finished from top to bottom.....Well their first fitter didn’t get hold of me as promised despite constant requests....I was then asked to phone him which I thought was wrong so I requested another fitter.....Well the bathroom was nearly finished in aug 2017....apart from the bathroom door not being painted and a towel rail not being fitted....We were promised the rail would be fitted the following week...it wasn’t....since then and apart from numerous messages to the company.....nothing has happened...What we’ve been left with despite spending around £9000 is an unfinished bathroom. .....we are still waiting so have now asked for compensation so someone else can Finish the job they were supposed to have done

Purchased a new shower from mk bathrooms. Had an initial chat with the guys in the shop as we want to change the size and shape of previous shower. They were brilliant and told us exactly what we needed and what was expected. Would recommend to anyone!

Class service Knew exactly what we wanted plus there was No messing around like prior companies we had spoken too. Price was cheaper than all the other companies we tried. Anyone needing a new bathroom I suggest using these guys.
