Having phoned Fenny Appliances earlier, the chap said he'd come out to have a look at my Hoover vacuum cleaner and assess if he could fix it. (a wheel had come adrift but the spindle went into a secure housing) He came out within as hour of phoning, and, working from the back of his van, soon had the casings off and wheel secured again! Excellent service, and I can highly recommend them!

The cooker main oven had a problem. Fenny Appliances first visited to check it and confirm the required parts to fix. The oven was repaired within 5 days of my first call and at a competitive cost. Thanks to Paul.

Paul at Fenny Appliances went out of his way to be helpful, he sourced a very small but essential part for my coffee machine which was out of stock everywhere else I had tried. He arranged delivery of the pipe in 24 hours and all for less than £6 including the cost of the part. Incredible service, highly recommended. It will be my go to store in the future.

Purchased new motor brushes for my washing machine and the lady serving me really knew her stuff. Because i work on cars where you change drive belts as a precaution I decided to replace the washing machine drivebelt whilst at the inner workings.I was politely advised that the belt was in good order and that a change was unnecessary. Could easily have just sold me the belt but gave me free advice.
A great independent with excellent customer service and good prices.

Took in our leaking DeLongi coffee machine on the off chance it was repairable. Taken apart, faulty parts replaced and fully operational again within 2 days ... for a bargain price. Saved us a couple of hundred compared to buying a new machine. Super service.

We thought our delonghi magnifica bean to cup coffee machine was a gonner and we were dreading the cost of a replacement. Fenny Appliances fixed it in a day against an original estimate of 1-2 weeks! Great customer service, happy husband and bonus of a happy wallet too!

Beware extortionate prices for spares. Needed an oven part quickly for bank hol weekend as the one ordered online for next day had gone missing. I had to pay £33 for a part that cost £10-£15 online

Had them in for my washing machine. They came on a Saturday. I suspected it as the heating element which he brought with him. Machine was fixed in half an hour and he cleaned the floor for me. Would highly recommended them and use them again.
