I can highly recommend Astons. We chose them as they had most "for sale" signs up in the local area so we thought they must be good or nobody would be using them. Stuart called initially and talked us through the process and gave us a valuation. When we were ready, Gary came to take photos and measure everything and the property went on the market next day on all the major national property sites. There were many viewings over the next few days and weeks and it was sold in less than 4 weeks! Gary and Stuart were always available with help and advice throughout the whole sale. I had seen a house that I had fallen in love with, and contacted Astons to arrange a viewing. From the start, I felt at ease, as Stuart was very friendly and helpful. He arranged viewings without any issues, and made sure to keep in touch with us along the way. When it came to selling our property, we had a few estate agents offer, and when Gary came over to discuss how he could help, I knew Astons were the one. We also met with Ian who helped us with mortgage applications and all of the bits that come with it (life insurance and house insurance). He was very proactive and helped make this part so straight forward. Throughout the process, there was some difficulties with waiting for exchange and completion dates. David, Gary, and Stuart were all very helpful at pushing things along as much as they could to help make things as easy as they could for us. All of the people involved in the buying and selling of the houses were truly wonderful. They are truly a great team, and (not that I want to move anytime soon) but if I do, I will certainly be using them in the future! Thank you all for such a great job.

When we first tried to contact Astons Estates, we had a lot of trouble trying to view the property which was a big shame. But because they had a house, we really liked we kept being persistent with them and eventually got a viewing. We were hopeful that we wouldn’t have to deal with the person that we dealt with over the phone. This was because we felt that he wasn’t letting us view the property because we couldn’t afford it. Once we went to the viewing, we were met with Gary who was a breath of fresh air for us and a completely different character than the one we were dealing with over the phone. Gary knew everything about the house from the get-go and just made it much easier for us to decide. After we had a price agreed we were then on our way to buy our first house and I must give Gary his credit he was always on the other end of the phone answering any of our questions but also proving to us how helpful he really is by staying in constant communication with us throughout. I just wanted to say if you get to speak to Gary at Astons, you are in for a great person but also a fantastic professional. It was a shame he was away when we collected our keys, but I will say that Stuart who dealt with me on this morning was great and another great professional. Thank you.
