We have been using Printer medic for over 2 years. We are very happy with their machines & service. There is always someone at the end of the phone and any problems are dealt with within 24 hrs. We have very few problems. At the beginning of the COVID lockdown they quickly installed and set up another printer for us for a homeworker. The engineers who attended were professional, capable & friendly. All invoices are clear & concise. We would definitely recommend this company
