Mark and Leah at Young's Property are excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Milton Keynes area. Right from the start they were keen to help and were proactive with the landlord of my desired property to secure a mutually satisfactory arrangement. In the run up to moving in their communication was always prompt, clear and honest which reduced my worries considerably and meant a much easier move. Since moving in, they have maintained the same high standard of service. When we have had minor issues (such as a repair needing to be done) they have responded rapidly (within the hour) and got some of their excellent tradesmen out to sort it, usually within a few hours. Their team of tradesmen (Roger, Kyle etc) and all great. All in all, I strongly recommend them if you're looking for somewhere to rent in the Milton Keynes area. They are a credit to their profession.

Currently renting from Youngs and I found Leah and Mark to be very helpful, honest and professional in all the dealings I had with them from the viewing until I finally moved in last month. Highly recommend.

I've rented a property through Youngs for over a year now, and the few issues that few occurred have been resolved quickly. Their fees are clear, not overly priced, friendly and efficient team. I would recommend this letting agent to anyone.

The team at Youngs have managed our property now for over 10 years and I can not recommend their service highly enough. They took there time to find the best tenants suited to our property who have been renting it now for many years. Any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and with great communication. A first class service.

I rented my first property through Youngs Property Management. The whole team at Youngs are fantastic any repairs/general maintenance was sorted quickly and I was kept well informed. Inspections were carried out regularly, which I was informed about with plenty of notice. I would be happy to rent another property through Youngs in the future knowing that I'd get the best experience.

We rented a house from youngs for nearly 3 years. We found the team very contactable, approachable and understanding. Whenever we had any issues within the property, they were sorted very promptly. On the Friday before Christmas last year, our shower broke in the afternoon (typically as all businesses were closing for the Christmas break!). However, I got straight on the phone to Mark and he managed to get someone to come over to assess the issues within the hour. The maintenance guy that came over quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted us with a new power shower unit that day! Myself and my husband cannot thank the team enough for all their help. When we gave notice to leave, the team were great in ensuring they gave enough notice when arranging new tenant viewings of the property. We officially moved out the property on the 3rd May and had all of our deposit back by the 14th! This was a very straight forward process and the team helped us with that.

Once we moved in to our new home, Youngs managed to fix certain issues with the property rather quickly. However, if a thorough check had been carried out on the property by them, before our moving in date, then I'm sure many of the issues we faced wouldn't have existed in the first place. For example, the day we moved in, we were without a working shower, bath taps, and could only access hot water from the sink taps in the bathroom. We contacted Youngs straight away and they got someone in that day to see the issue. However, it took almost a week later for the problem to be fixed. Also, customer service skills could be much improved. Wouldn't recommend this agency.

Youngs have looked after a property for me for some years now. They took care to find tenants who would be a good fit for the house, and managed both the tenants and the property faultlessly. The result was happy tenants, happy me and a property kept in very good condition with minimal unnecessary costs. I have enjoyed dealing with them.

We have had great service from Youngs Property Management. Anytime there has been an issue or something needed to be repaired or replaced they responded quickly and made sure it got sorted. Friendly staff who are always happy to help.

After finding a property that me and my partner liked, we rang them straight away and arranged a viewing for the following Friday. Wanted to put a deposit down in order to take it off the market however got told ‘ no we should see the property first’. Then to get a phone call at 8pm the night before the viewing that it’s been took off the market. Absolutely disgrace and won’t be hearing from me again. AVOID if you don’t want to be disappointed. Didn’t even get an apology.
